100% Teak Wood
The Jules chair is made from 100% teak wood. This type of wood does not splinter and is naturally resistant to weather conditions like rain, making it highly durable against wood rot. Teak is also low-maintenance, but proper care is key to maximising its lifespan. We recommend cleaning the furniture with a scrubbing sponge or stiff brush and a bucket of lukewarm water mixed with a cup of table salt or baking soda. Make sure the furniture is well soaked so the pores open up, scrub along the wood grain, and rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid using a pressure washer or harsh cleaning agents. If possible, store the furniture indoors during autumn and winter – but with the Jules, that’s extra easy!
