With the AXI SportsBag401 training package you can get started right away! This sports bag contains everything a (novice) trainer or athlete needs to perform a good workout. It consists of a large high-quality carrying bag for carrying and storing all training items included in this training package, a 4 meter walking ladder with a free carrying bag, 4 orange 23 cm high cones/cones, 20 flexible training cones/markers in 4 different colors with a carrying strap and 4 hurdles.

Walking ladder
Develop explosive power, improve your acceleration, speed and footwork with the running ladder. This walking ladder (also called speed ladder or agility ladder) is mainly used for rehabilitation purposes, improving speed, football and/or athletics training, coordination training and footwork training for martial arts such as boxing and kickboxing.

Training with a speed ladder is very simple. You place the ladder on the ground and step between the steps as quickly as possible. Many different exercises can be performed with this walking ladder, these exercises can be performed both forwards and backwards.

This 4-meter walking ladder has 10 adjustable steps, making it suitable for all ages. The walking ladder has fluorescent steps so that it stands out on any surface. This speed ladder comes with a free carrying bag.

Pawns
Practice your skills with these 4 cones of 23 cm high. Mark the field or a number to practice your moves. The cones (also called cones) are strikingly colored, so that they are clearly visible and can be used over greater distances. Also very suitable for slaloming and thus increasing the athlete's coordination and agility.
Markers
The markers are ideal additions to a training. These flexible training cones or marking discs can be used, for example, to mark a course that must be run with the ball. Super useful for testing your agility and speed. You can also use them for warming up. The markers are made of flexible plastic and are virtually unbreakable. The set consists of 4 colors of cones: 5x blue, 5x yellow, 5x white and 5x orange and comes with a handy carrying strap.

Hurdles
Develop explosive power, improve your acceleration, speed and footwork with the hurdles. The set also contains 4 yellow hurdles. These hurdles are very suitable for training jumping power, coordination and speed.
