AXI Milan Playhouse - Brown/White

Do you see your children already enjoying the sun on the veranda? With the Milan Playhouse Brown/white from AXI they can enjoy reading an exciting book inside their own house or on the veranda! Milan is a versatile wooden playhouse with a semi-circular door and windows. The door has a letter box where children can throw mail through when they play letter carrier. The playhouse is executed in modern brown/white colours which fits perfectly in any contemporary garden. In good weather the children can easily open the windows and enjoy everything that happens outside. Let them close the windows quickly when it rains, so they are sheltered and can continue to play!

The AXI "Classic" series consists of various types of playhouses with many options. There are playhouses with or without floor, platform, ladder, veranda, sandbox, slide and/or swing(s). The playhouses can also be expanded with various accessories such as a chalkboard, letterbox, binoculars or flower box.

Durability
Milan Playhouse is made of FSC 100% Hemlock wood and has a roof made of FSC 100% Cypress wood, both of which come from sustainably managed forests. Hemlock and Cypresses wood does not splinter and are naturally resistant to weather influences such as rain and therefore resistant to wood rot. The wood has been treated with a water-based stain and is therefore practically maintenance-free. This natural-based stain is not harmful to the environment and safe for children (without chemicals). With a warranty period of 10 years, you and your children can enjoy carefree years.

Dimensions
Playhouse Milan has a total height of 180 cm. The playhouse is 191 cm long and 202 cm wide. With an inner size of 175 x 113 cm and a ridge height of approximately 174 cm is Milan a large wooden playhouse.

Safety
The playhouses from AXI are CE marked and are tested and produced according to EN 71 safety standards so that safe playing pleasure is guaranteed.
